What are points?

A closed-loop unit used only inside Kyklaki. One point is roughly one euro of value. You earn them by giving things away, and spend them on what your child needs next. They never convert back to cash.

When do my points leave my wallet?

When a giver accepts your request. They are held in escrow, and only released to the giver once you confirm the item arrived.

Something arrived damaged, or never arrived.

Open the swap and report a problem. The points freeze where they are while we look at it. Do not confirm receipt if you have not received it.

Why can I not list a used car seat?

Because a seat that has been in a crash can be damaged in ways nobody can see, and you cannot know a stranger's history. See prohibited items.
